Regulations and prices for Tetum Language Courses

CIDAC´S Training Sector organizes intensive language courses of Tetum, from Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day.

You can choose between:

• Individual course

• 2 participants course

• 3 to 6 participants course

according to the students preferences and needs and CIDAC´s enrolements. The group courses begin on fixed dates, but it is always possible to adjust the dates to the students own expectancies.

Individual courses can start and end in any requested date. However, group courses will have priority over individual courses.

Holidays will be compensated during the course period.

CIDAC will accept enrolments until one week before the beginning of the requested course.

Cancellations until one week before the beginning of the course, no charge will be done.

Cancellations during the week prior to the course's starting date will be charged for 50% of the program's total fee.

Cancellations after the starting of the course will be charged for the full amount.

During the course period, if any of the participants wish to be absent from a scheduled session or more, they will have to inform CIDAC's Coordinator at least 24 hours in advance. In this case CIDAC, together with the teacher and participant, will try to reorganize a schedule to compensate the training sessions that were missed. If the Coordinator is not informed in time, CIDAC will not assume the responsibility of trying to compensate the training hours missed by the participant and the amount previously paid for those hours will not be refunded.

Once the structure and the duration of the course, as well as any other services (accommodation, babysitting) are defined, CIDAC will issue a contract (a Service Description Form) where the services requested and its respective costs will be descriminated.

For courses of more than one month, CIDAC will either issue an invoice of the total amount (if the client so wishes) or half of the total amount, (which should be payed before the first days of classes), once the Service Description Form is agreed between both parts. The other half of the total amount will be charged during the first half of the course.

For courses of less than one month, CIDAC will issue an invoice of the total amount of the course, (which should be payed before the first days of classes) once the Service Description Form is agreed between both parts.

CIDAC will give detailed information about the services and its costs, as well as consult the organization/student should any significant change come about.

The Service Description Form holds as a contract which commits both parts with the services described in it.

All the prices are reviewed anualy.
